Eduardo Tozi is the great-grandson of Italians who landed in Espirito Santo around 1980. Looking for an area to produce coffee, they acquired a property at the foot of the Southern Cross. A rocky formation that is in the hot caxique, a micro region of the municipality of Castelo.
Eduardo grew up surrounded by coffee culture at the family farm Sítio Floresta. In 2000, when he took over the management of the property, he began to dedicate himself to quality production. He has made top 10 in the Cup of Excellence.
