Refund Policy


If you need to cancel an order that has not been fulfilled and shipped, please email us and if the coffee has not been roasted and packed for you we will give you a full refund.


Mistakes can happen on our end. If we sent you the wrong coffee, or something is missing, please let us know via email and we’ll fix it ASAP.

Change Of Mind


We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
