Clodomiro Diaz is a seasoned coffee grower from the municipality of Jaen in the northern department of Cajamarca in Peru. His parents were also coffee growers, so since a young age he has been roaming the coffee trees and helping in the production. When he was older, he became the head of the farm which is named Los Cedros after the cedar trees scattered throughout. At the farm, he is helped by his nephew, Alberto Rodas, who has become his right hand man in production. The decision to move towards specialty coffee came around two years ago. The move to specialty has changed his way of thinking, he takes pride in his farm and values himself as a producer of specialty coffee. Since starting this journey, he has been working on projects such as building a wet mill and a solar dryer. Specialty coffee has also brought his family better earnings, and thus, a better quality of life.

Shipping
We roast on Monday and pack orders on Tuesday. Orders are shipped any day if stock is available. If your order is placed after 7am Monday we cannot guarantee that we will have stock available. In this case, the coffee will be sent the following Tuesday.
Local Pickup
Instructions will be sent via email when you place your order. You will be notified when your coffee is ready for pickup, it is available to pickup 24/7. Please ensure you double check your name and order number before taking your order from the shelf.
