Eynar’s past and childhood years were marked by coffee cultivation. His parents and
grandparents taught him to produce coffee and instilled passion in him that he carries to this day. Eynar has been working in his own coffee business for more than 20 years now and his expectations and goals have always been to improve the quality of the coffee he produces. One day in 2005, he attended to a workshop with other 26 producers from his region. After speaking, all 26 decided to form a cooperative with the objective of strengthening the production and commercialisation of coffee in the region. Since then, Eynar’s motivation has been to produce specialty coffee that consumers all over the world can enjoy. The quality of their coffee has improved exponentially and that is reflected in the price that they receive for the product. What makes him most proud of his farm, is that it represents the fruit of his hard work. Every day he learns something new, and in the short-term, Eynar plans to renovate his drying stations and improve harvest after harvest.

Shipping
We roast on Monday and pack orders on Tuesday. Orders are shipped any day if stock is available. If your order is placed after 7am Monday we cannot guarantee that we will have stock available. In this case, the coffee will be sent the following Tuesday.
Local Pickup
Instructions will be sent via email when you place your order. You will be notified when your coffee is ready for pickup, it is available to pickup 24/7. Please ensure you double check your name and order number before taking your order from the shelf.
