This microlot is named after it’s producer, Diofanor Ruiz. His farm, Finca La Divisa is located in Buenavista (good view.) Ruiz has over 40 years experience and respects the native environment by focusing on green practises, water usage and recycling. After cherries are picked, they are transported to La Pradera and processed by the Cofinet team. We loved this coffee so much last year that we just had to get it again.
