William Acevedo’s farm Los Arrayones (The Myrtles) was a banana and citrus plantation only a few years ago. Don William’s farm sits high in mountains of Jericó in Southwest Antioquia. We’ve found his coffee to be unique in it’s complex and slightly tart acidity, potentially due to the variety however we are unsure as this is our first time working with Dos Mil. After the cherries are picked they are depulped and fermented for 16 hours before drying for 10-12 days.
*We roast on Mondays and Tuesdays. All orders placed before Tuesday 9am (AEST) will be sent out on Wednesday morning. All orders placed after that will be roasted the following week. **If ordering later in the week, we may have some spares on hand that we can send to you straight away.
